The ambient sensor was also prompting a continued c13 error due to the excessive cold in garage where the unit is stored. Called Samsung tech support and they confirmed that the unit would need to be moved to an area where the temperature was kept between 50 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. After 10 minutes forced cancel the cycle and all the water drained out empty. Did that process twice with no issue. Customer also mention he cleaned unit with vinegar and baking soda. Custimer states that unit is tripping breaker. Customer had the electrician switch the main breaker that was originally a afci breaker to a regular breaker. Customer hasn't had any issues at this time since this was changed. Ran both ovens to 450.
