Koby was awesome. The tip prompt when paying by credit card was pretty awkward. It's not normal to tip an appliance repair person. Hopefully they pay you a living wage; you do great work! I would suggest they turn that off on their payment system. So, I deduct one star for the strange payment situation.

I put a request in online for service on my fridge. I put the model serial everything as it asked for that to make sure the technician had the right parts. Then when I got the call they asked for all the info again and I even told them there was no circulating air so my guess was it was the fan. I scheduled them anyways thinking they wouldn't come out without having a fan. The technician showed up and I had no issues with him, he verified the issue and even got the fan to spin for a little bit, but then informed me the fan was out of stock at most places and they couldn't get it for a day or two. The only reason i called them out instead of ripping it apart myself was to get it fixed that day. Had they said we don't have the fan for that fridge in stock I would have probably just ordered it myself and replaced it. I just hate spending $140 just for them to tell me exactly what i told them was probably the issue. I don't think I would probably use them again.
