We are excited to offer Remote Visits for customers who want a quick diagnosis or feel they may be able to fix the issue themselves (with a little expert help).
Our goal is to help you avoid calling us out to your home if the issue is either (a) a very easy fix or (b) cost-prohibitive. During each 15-minute Remote Visit, one of our certified appliance technicians will review your appliance issue, then provide the most likely diagnosis and an estimate for the repair or parts (when applicable).
The cost of a Remote Visit is only $49, and if you decide to proceed with an in-home visit (provided you are in one of our service areas), we’ll send someone out and apply the $49 fee to your service charge (if service occurs within 30 days of your remote visit).
