Jimmy was very nice. But it was ridiculous that your tech had to come back three times to fix our machine. First visit to replace the pump motor, second visit to clean out the filter (which should have been done before even replacing the pump motor) because it still was having the same error message and not pumping water out. Third visit another tech had to come back because the hot and cold water were hooked up backwards on the machine. I’m disappointed this took three days instead of one.
