Disassembled door completely and used the vacuum to remove all glass bits and pieces. Installed new glass pack and reassembled. Ran tests of ovens to 500 degrees and found them operating successfully. Tech wants customer to let machine run for the next hour to complete the break in process. While inspecting machine, tech found damage to the cooktop. Removed right side cooktop and frame is bent. Adjusted frame to flatten it back out and reassembled. All operations lass testing now.
