During inspection I removed the freezer drawer and confirmed all of the hardware was in its proper location. I also confirmed the brackets from the freezer drawer was in its proper location. I utilized the parts breakdown to confirm all of the hardware and bracket locations. While I was there I installed the bolt that fell out which held in the snack drawer door assembly. Finally I did pull the unit and install a damping pad on the compressor to help with noise. Unit is operating properly.Job complete

"Placed my floor protection in front of the unit to protect my work area. I removed the door gasket assembly and installed the new door gasket assembly. Confirmed it was locked in properly within its channel. I removed the other door panel and installed the lower door gasket assembly. While the door panel was removed I confirmed it moved freely and wasnt binding up. Leaving the new door panel protection film on, I installed the new stainless door assembly. Once the unit was assembled I loaded a few dishes and ran a cycle. I allowed the unit to run the entire cycle minus heat I made sure it ran within out any leaks. Customer also checked the areas that was leaking to confirm it was dry. Finally I installed the new kick plate with insulation. Customer also inspected the new door panel and confirmed it was good. Unit is now working operating properly.

"Customer states that dryer shut off mid cycle and gave an error code. Machine has still been working since and no issues are occurring with operation. Has had machine repaired multiple times, and wants it checked out. Tech recalled error codes and found two errors indicating that overheating has occurred, possibly due to restricted venting, and that a communication failure is present. Tech believes communication issue occurred when dryer was assembled previously. Took reading of thermistor from pcb and found 19k ohm, which indicates around 50 degrees. Started dryer on timed dry. 23a is consumed and is properly cycling. New reading is 4.4k ohm. Went outside home and found venting less than 4 long in total and is blowing properly. Tech is unable to find any failures and is unable to replicate issue at this time. Job is complete."
