Customer stated that the device that went with power on would not run upon arrival washing machine had been relocated to garage with no access to water however there was an outlet for power. Powering on the unit and performing a Hass diagnostic I was able to see there was an AC6 error message stored on the unit Indicating a communication fault between the main PCB and the Inverter drive PCB. Investigation determined that the main PCB with inverter board is faulty. Inverter windings were all good and the sub PCB UI was getting 12 & 5 VDC respectively. Will order main PCB assembly to resolve.; ordrng 1 Dc63-02344a (Main PCB)

"I reclaimed remaining refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, drier, and fresh food evaporator replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. I then removed old fresh food evaporator and welded in new one. I then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 200 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 30 minutes and achieved a 522 micron vacuum. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at 1508 microns. Vacuum held steady. I then recharged system with 8.5oz of r134 ar refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal. Job complete

"Unit 43* in ff section and 25* in fz section. Icemaker has stopped making ice as well. Compressor is running but condenser only 85*. Tapped into system and got high side pressure at 43 and low side at 2 indicating a failed compressor. I reclaimed a full charge worth of refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, and drier replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. Then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 200 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 15 minutes and achieved a 692 micron vacuum. I updated main pcb software for new compressor. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at xxx microns. Vacuum holding steady. I then recharged system with 55 of r600a refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal. Arrived and was let into home by Alyssa. Washer has been extensively since last visit and no leaking has occurred. Removed access panel and removed broken left-side shock absorbers. Installed new shock absorbers and applied silicone grease to pivots and pistons. Reassembled and ran a rinse and spin test cycle.
