Customer stated that every time she ran a wash water would leak. Upon inspection I placed the unit in HASS load control and ran the water valves with no leaking. Upon activating the drain pump the stand pipe backed up with water and spilled on the floor. I check the drain line and there was no blockage in the drain hose but there is a blockage somewhere in the customer drain line. Advised the customer to have someone come out and snake/clear the drain line in the home. Called Samsung support and talked to Earnest to place ticket under inspection as you can not complete an OQC test. Was told they can only do this for physical damage tickets.

Ran a heater test through newfi device and operation of machine is proper. Provided discounted quote for user interface replacement and customer approved. Installed new ui and properly set personality. Reassembled machine and ran testing. Found filters clogged with mildew and mold from sitting for a few weeks with no use. Upon inspection I found door un even, when door to microwave is shut, it has resistance when opening. Checked door hinch, found bottom hinch is not where it's supposed to be. It's visible that a spot weld is not holding anymore. Everytime door is opened it puts pressure on the lower door switch, now bottom switch defective that blew the fuse and both needs replacing. Even though replace ,if door is not corrected , issue will come back. Door assembly on the market cost to same as a new unit. "Customer states that water leaks out of the door when dispenser is used. Tested machine. Pressing the dispenser paddle properly dispenses water into a cup at the front of the machine, however, the ice maker also begins filling with water, overflows, and leaks. Checked valve and found lines installed properly. Tested for broken wiring in door and checked harness connectors on top of machine. No issues are visible or found. Removed diodes from distribution valve wiring to test them and found the diodes working properly. Pulled fridge and checked wiring at isolation valve and main pcb. Tech found no indicators of failure. Due to findings, tech is unable to provide an appropriate quote as diagnosis is incomplete. Tech believes that the distribution valve, dispenser door, and main pcb should be replaced. Tech suggests that customer contact manufacturer to try to get coverage for issue, as machine is only 2 years old. Job is complete."
