He quickly diagnosed the issue and, most importantly, was honest about the best options for repair. He clearly explained what made the most sense and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary.
The service was completed efficiently, everything was tested thoroughly, and he left the area clean. I really appreciated his transparency and integrity.
