We were without a refrigerator for 30 days (June 19- July 18). There was no sense of urgency from anyone at Samsung or Hometown Heroes. I was forced to make numerous calls and literally spend hours on hold waiting to talk to someone. Samsung’s customer service phone system is terrible at predicting hold time.
The technician that ultimately completed the repair was late (which I blame on his scheduler) but was efficient once he arrived and courteous. Hopefully this compressor lasts longer than the original.
Very dissatisfied with the service as well as the failed refrigerator itself.
