Just okay.
Very expensive for the work performed.
The technician was personable and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes.
One wire had to be solidered. I pretty much diagnosed it in my initial request.
The appointment schedule person lied to me.
I specifically asked if the $149 service call applied to the cost if I consented to the repair.
She said it would be one or the other. I expect I was charged for both.
The tech didn't even bother to put the "foot board" back on.
Overall the experience was okay.
Will try another service next time.
