"Tech arrived and found a 2007 LG French door fridge in the kitchen. Both zones are illuminated but not cooling. Temperature is in the upper 60s. Tech does not hear the compressor running even though the fans are on. Tech pulled the fridge away from the wall and allowed the customer go clean up the mouse droppings and debris. Tech removed the machine cover and control cover. Compressor is cold to the touch, so tech cycled power. Compressor overload clicks and shuts off. Tech removed the start device and cleaned the ptc pill. Retested and the compressor starts and begins pumping. Tech allowed the fridge to run for 15 minutes and then measured temperatures. Temperatures have not changed at all and the freezer is still in the 60s. A sealed system failure has occurred and the refrigerant gas has escaped from the machine. Tech explained findings to the customer and the customer has elected to replace the machine due to age and cost. Job is complete."

Customer states cook top on light always stays on. Slid unit out on floor protection and removed back panel. Cook top on light went off. There is an issue with one of the infinite switches that corrected its self by moving the oven. Service call collected.

"Customer says that they repaired the dryer some time ago due to the rollers failing. Ever since then, automatic cycles do not work. Tech removed the access panel and started an automatic cycle. Cycle runs well and heat is cycling between 135 and 190. Tech looked at the moisture detection system and sees nothing out of the ordinary. Tech removed harnesses from the moisture bars and measured 4.9vdc supplied between the two harnesses. Reconnected harnesses to the moisture bars and continued monitoring. Cycle continues to run and timer is counting down properly. Tech wiped the moisture bars with a dryer sheet and no color or debris comes off. Tech finds no failures at this time and sees no reason that the automatic cycle won't work effectively. Job is complete. ; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 279973 CUTOFF-TML"

"Customer states low fill error. Pulled water lines to unit, water pressure to unit is good. Put unit into smart install, unit passed smart install with no error codes given, all water valves are operating as they should. Checked error codes, 1c error stored. Cleared codes, ran unit on quick wash. Recommend main pcb if issue repeats. Called landlord and informed unit is operating as it should. I to bill service call."

Lucas was great and helpful with my issues. There was a little issue with contact info, so i missed my original time-slot but he made sure to get to me asap and get my issues resolved which was very much appreciated
