So Travis was on time and delivered the service quickly. My issue is not with him - rather your policy. He spent 5 minutes here; snipped the tubing that water was being dispensed from which was split. That is all it took but your policy is charging $212 for a service charge. Outrageous! I said - are you going to replace? He said I don’t need to. If someone spends less than 15 minutes at a site - I would think there should be a fractional charge. Sorry but very unhappy about this service call. I have used your company multiple times before but this will make me re-evaluate the next call. This is an unjust company policy.
