I then went and flipped the breaker to the unit and power was restored. Finally, I tested the functions to ensure there wasnt a short within the oven. Upon inspection the dryer would tumble but not heat during cycles. I first confirmed a good 240V at the outlet. I then disassembled the dryer and gained access to the heater. I then tested the thermostat, hi limit tco, heater coils and outlet tco. All came back ok except for the hi limit tco. Upon inspection the oven had a bad smell when baking. I first removed the back panel and also confirmed the unit had a good 240. I then inspect the element terminals and wiring and found no evidence of electrical damage. I then inspected the main control and found no issues. I then inspected the oven cavity and found no signs of damage or melting on the broil element. The bake element is hidden and would not be affected. Found icemaker cavity frozen up with ice from moisture being pulled in from cavity seams. Ice maker is no longer making ice. Steamed out icemaker cavity and removed icemaker and auger. Removed plastic tabs and installed y clip update. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. installed the auger assembly and new ice maker. Checked line on back and black line is showing. I then installed new main pcb. "Customer has concerns about previous diagnosis as fridge has shut off again and stopped cooling. Tech explained that the fan placed behind the machine was only meant to be temporary. Compressor and sensors noticed that the condenser fan error was active and components likely started to overheat, forcing computers to shut operations down. Tech explained that if the replacement fan does.not fix the issue, that tech will refund customer her money. Customer agreed to continue with repair. Tech installed new condenser fan assembly and watched machibe for 3 to 4 minutes. Compressor turns back on, on its own, and cooling begins again. After another 5 minutes have passed, tech felt discharge line on compressor and line is very hot to the touch, confirming that cooling is actively occurring. Continued monitoring machine for remainder of time window and temperature has decreased from 79 degrees down to the low 50s over the span of roughly 25 minutes. Machine passes testing and just needs time to cool back down the rest of the way. "Arrived and found making acting unusually. Clicking is occurring inside the fresh food compartment. Everything the click is heard, both fans and the compressor shut off. After half a second or so, they all turn back on. 5 or 6 seconds later, the click occurs again and the cycle continues. Tech watched the problem occur for 3 minutes continuously. Lights inside fresh food zone stay illuminated the entire time. Dropped console to inspect the cold control assembly. With console down, tech removed wires from. Thermostat and used a wire to bypass it entirely. Machine now runs consistently without the unusual cycling occurring. Tech plugged wiring back into cold control and issue does not occur again. Watched machine for 20 minutes and cycling never happens. Tech provided quote for replacement cold control thermostat assembly and customer declined at this time due to cost of repair. Tech spun basket by hand and found suspension soft, agitator loose, and sqeaking noise occurring from drive components when basket is turning. Leaned washer back and removed belt guard. Belt is heavily worn and is fairly loosely attached. Transmission has been leaking oil for quite some time and oil has been dried up or wiped up previously. Connected via newfi device and ran tests and cleared error codes. Washer fills properly, agitates aggressively, drains out fully, locks the lid, and even reach full high speed spin. Washer is operational but needs repairs to address concerns of OOB in final spin and noise. Called manager listed for property and explained findings and provided quote. "Arrived in breakroom and found dishwasher door taped closed. Removed tape and door immediately wants to fall open. Carefully lowered door and found that the door does not articulate properly. Inspected right hinge area and noticed three distinct issues. Hinge pin which is supposed to be permanently attached to the frame of the dishwasher has broken off. Pin is used to locate the door properly and allow smooth opening and closure. With pin gone, the door has started resting on the tub lip. Tub lip is not cracked and ripped from weight and sharp metal-on-metal contact. Tub gasket is also torn due to sharp metal on door scraping against it. Uninstalled dishwasher and checked to see if anything could be installed in place of the pin and found that damage is too severe to repair. Hinge pin and the damaged tub lip are not repairable issues on this particular dishwasher. Tech explained and showed findings to Michelle, who indicated that she understood what has failed and that the dishwasher will need to be replaced due to issues. Michelle provided card for payment of the service fee. Job is complete."
