Everyone from the person who answered the phone to Nick who did my repair was so friendly and easy to work with. Nick showed up on time, and took extra care with repairing my appliance. It was a great experience and they will definitely be my first call for any appliance issues.

Not very happy at all! My washer would spin thru a cycle and then say could not drain water. While I waited for my appointment, I would go thru a wash cycle and then manually take the water out that wouldn’t drain and transfer the clothes to the dryer. After he touched it, it first of all was stuck on the language setting which took me forever to try to figure out which button would accept English. Then I did a wash cycle, the washer now, does not even spin. It WAS spinning before he came and then I would just manually drain out the water. So, now it doesn’t spin or drain. I at least could have gotten by while we saved up for a new washer to keep doing what I was doing. He made it worse I can’t even do that now. I feel like this was a huge waste of my money. I would’ve been better off before at least I could do laundry then. Very upset!
