Bryce was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He was able to thoroughly explain what was needed and what was going on in regards to the service call. I give the technician a 5 star rating!
I believe that the issue I was having with my appliance is common and likely a known issue that could have very easily been explained and discussed over a phone call instead of sending a technician simply to collect the service call fees! I feel this could have been resolved in a manner that would have saved time and expense for both myself and Bryce.

He was really good. I have no bad reports only good. I have a question: I am moving into a townhouse. Could you take my dishwasher & frig to my new townhouse? And hook them up? And take the dishwasher and fridge and put it in my old house? If you don’t do this type of thing can you recommend someone that does? Thank you. Let me know.
