F8e1 long fill error and leaking water. Tested unit on several different cycles and in manual diagnostics and cannot get unit to leak. I can see hard water deposits coming from the dispenser indicating that the leak is coming from there. Spoke with customer and they are putting pods in the dispenser. Likely the undissolved pod packaging is blocking the dispenser up and causing it to leak from the dispenser inturn causing the control to trip the long fill error because most of the water is leaking out the dispenser. Recommend customer put pods in the basket and not the dispenser and to remove and clean dispenser every month or so. No defect found at this time.

Pulled fridge and tapped into the system. Pressures are 14/32 psi while under load, indicating that the compressor has gone inefficient. Removed full charge and replaced the compressor and drier. Recharged with 2.0oz of r600a and monitored pressures for 15 minutes. Pressures have started to stabilize around -7/58 psi. Pushed fridge back into cabinetry and monitored for an additional 15 minutes. Temperatures are now 49 in the fridge and 35 in the freezer. Temperatures are continuing to come down and will require 24 hours for everything to stabilize out. Job is complete."

Upon inspection the dishwasher was leaking underneath. I first started a cycle and check for leaks in the base. I found the waterline leaking just before the inlet valve. "Customer states that the d80 error has been occurring at the end of the cycle for a few weeks. Wants dryer inspected to know what needs addressed. Tech started dryer in install mode and unit gives a d80 error. D90 and d95 do not occur. Tech cleaned the lint filter and removed debris from the front blower area. Ran test a second time and d80 occurs again. Looked around dryer and found that the dryer vents onto the roof. Dryer is located on second floor of home limiting access to the exhaust ductwork. Tech went outside home and looked for access point that would allow venting to be reached. Venting is on the opposite side of the roof from the lowest access point- the garage. Pitch of roof is quite steep and climbing harness would likely be required to safely inspect and clean the vent. Vent can be clean to roughly 70% from the inside using a brush kit, but blockage in the the exhaust shoot on the roof can not be successfully cleaned from the inside of the home. Tech explained findings to the customer whom understands technicians concerns and reservations about climbing onto the roof without proper safety items.
