I then found the locked itself is damaged and not allowing the door to catch. I also found evidence of spider gear failure when spinning the drum. "Two burners not lighting or working properly, and oven keeps burning food. Found that the left front burner was lighting but with a pot over it, it was getting an odd flame pattern and loud. Found that the oven grates were in the wrong positions and was resting on the burner pushing it out of place. Put grates in correct spot and now its working properly. Middle rear was also not sparking. After adjusting it it is now lighting. Ran oven at 350* and after 10 min the preheat light went out and it was 408, it then dropped to 338* before it called for heat again. Let unit run for 20 minutes and oven is averaging 375. Spoke with customer about proper preheat times with this unit as that will resolve her burning issues."
