Connected hass. Ran oqc. Passed. Reassembled unit and again wouldnt power up. Customer mentioned when it was working sometimes theyd shut door and it would shut off. Went back to board. Now have 0 vac. Went to terminal block. Have 240vac across L1 and L2 but zero from either leg to neutral. Went to outlet. Had 240 vac across and 120 vac to each neutral. Plugged unit in and wiggled it. Power would come and go. Neutral block in outlet seems to have worn where it is not always creating a tight connection. Bent neutral prong on power cord to create more tension in outlet. Wiggled it again and was not able to get it to power off. I disassembled the unit and found a sock blocking the blower wheel. I removed the sock and reassembled the unit. I then tested the unit and it tumbles. "Complaint is that the freezer craft ice maker isnt making ice, lower freezer drawer light isnt working, and that then right French door doesnt close properly. Found that ice maker was turned off. Found that unit does not have a lift for the lower freezer drawer as the light for the upper drawer is in the bottom of the right French door. I re-greased the right door closure cam and it is now closing easier. Explained to the customer that with the design of the closure mechanism on the right door that it takes a bit of force as there is a little resistance when it gets close to closed as the closure mechanism is engaging the hinge and then it pulls is shut one over the hump. With more weight in the door it will actually close easily."

Customer states unit is f3 e1 code. Pressure system error. Ran diagnostics cycle. Filled to proper level and began tumbling. Went to drain and unit was draining intermittently. Eventually got water from tub. Tiled unit back. Removed drain filter. Has Bobby pins and a bra pad inside filter along with other debris. Cleaned it out. Also verified pressure hose doesnt have a hole in it and cleaned diaphragm. Put unit in quick wash and it began filling. About 30 seconds after water came into machine it gave code and drained the water. Which was much quicker. Drain pump never shut off. Unit has acu failure and will need new acu board. ; ordrng 1 WPW10448876 (Pressure switch (kc)) and 1 W11201293 (Board (kc))

"Customer says that the dishwasher is making unusual noises and may have overfilled with water. Customer shut unit off and called for service. Tech arrived and standing water is present in the dishwasher. Tech cancelled the dishwasher and unit drains without issue. Fill valve is working properly and drain hose has a high loop, so tech sees no issue with the standing water. Tech ran three rinse cycles and found unit's major operations to be working correctly. Noise, however, is very present when the wash motor is running. Noise is due to a failed wash pump seal which has led to rusted out motor bearings. Tech explained options to customer with regards to warranty and provided expectations with pricing for COD work, partial manufacturer warranty, or full manufacturer warranty. Customer does not want to pay for repair COD and will likely reach out to the manufacturer to see what coverages can be offered. "Customer says that the dishwasher is making an unusual noise and not working properly to spray or drain the water. Tech started dishwasher and can hear a high pitch noise occurring from the rotor. Continued to force cancel cycles until all of the standing water was removed. Tech removed rack and lower spray arm to access the rotor. Rotor is in the unlocked position and magnetic field from the stator is the only thing holding the rotor in position. Tech twisted the rotor and it 'clicked' into the locked position. Tech reassembled and ran a rinse cycle. Fill, spray, and drain all pass with the high frequency/ high pitched noise now gone. Tech ran additional rinse cycle and unit passes again. Tech finds no failures with the dishwasher and the rotor is undamaged and locks properly in place. Customer says she's never disassembled the unit, so she's unsure of how the rotor could have been turned. Tech gave proactive quote for the rotor in case issue return. Job is complete."
