"Customer says that the dryer isn't performing as well as it had. Homeowner pulled the dryer and removed the venting and found no restrictions, then called for service. Tech arrived and found the dryer pulled a away from the wall with the vent disconnected. Reconnected the vent and started a timed cycle. Dryer begins tumbling and heater is consuming 22.5a on L1. Tech watched the cycling occur and found no issues. Went outside the home and found 22+ mph of airflow, which is very good. Electrical in home is 244vac and wiggling of the timer knob does not result in electricity dropping out to the heater. Tech ultimately finds no issues or concerns. Tech believes that the dryer must have gotten slid back against the wall, crushing the venting. Tech recommends that customer place a piece of wood or a brick behind the washer and dryer to prevent them from being pushed too far back. Job is complete."
