Customer complaint: Oven seems to be about 20-30 lower than what it is set to and it takes 5 min longer too cook things. Customer is using a digital meat thermometer to observe oven temps. Tested oven and both bake and broil elements are heating. Set oven to 350* and after 10 min the preheat alarm went off and temps on both the customers and my thermometers were reading 320-325. After oven was running for 15 min the temps 350 but then dropped to 330 and then rose to 375 and is fluctuating quite a bit. Recommend replacing the main control.

Console is original from 04/2018 and user interface panels produced in the first 9 months of 2018 had known issues with shorting out due to moisture intrusion. "Inspected microwave and found all operations halted. Lights and display are not operational. Verified 122vac at the outlet and disassembled unit. Vent cover is broken and screws are missing. Tech tested floor tco and main filter board fuse and they are proper. Tested microswitches and they are proper. Checked for 120v at the board and 0v is supplied. Magnetron tco must be blown. Tech checked ferrite rings on magnetron through the vent channels and can see that the rings are cracked. Magnetron overheated, because damaged, blew its temperature fuse, and likely occurred due to a failed relay on the board. Tech tested Magnetron relay and it is stuck closed. Microwave will need a new main pcb, new Magnetron, and new Magnetron tco. Called landlord and provided information. Repair was declined, job is complete."

Started dryer and found noise occurring from unit. Noise sounds as if the blower assembly is clogged with lint and causing the blower wheel to oscillate. Allowed machine to run and found heater cycling on and off. Noise is not excessive but should be addressed. Tech called landlord and discussed findings and made recommendations to disassemble and clean out the dryer and venting in home. Landlord declined suggestions at this time since the machine is still working effectively and will reassess situation when spring weather comes around. Job is complete.

Arrived and freezer compartment is empty. Tech removed failed ice maker and installed new one in place. Inspected unit and noticed that the condensate system is possibly backing up into the freezer. Started forced defrost of the unit and confirmed that water is not draining properly. Tech used steamer to melt ice inside the drain and then poured a 12oz glass of water through the system to verify blockage is gone. Machine passes all tests and ice will begin harvesting in the next 2 hours. Job is complete.
