Tech looked dryer over and found it installed properly with a very short and concise vent between the dryer and the duct work. Started dryer and digital thermometer indicates that heat is being generated, but is very slow to warm the machine up. Tech went outside and found airflow leaving the home to be 6.2- 6.7mph. Tech suggests having the venting cleaning out and provided a quote. Customer declined and will clean it herself. Job is complete."

"Tech arrived and confirmed error code. Dishwasher is mounted 8 feet away from the sink and is located in an island. Tech checked drainage pipe under the sink and found a 1' diameter copper pipe being used as a drain hose. Tech filled and drained dishwasher multiple times and found unit is slow to drain. Tech pulled the dishwasher and disconnected the machine hose from the copper pipe. Dishwasher drains perfectly without the extension, confirming that the extension it's self is the culprit. Tech climbed into the crawl space under the home to inspect. Copper hose extension has no obvious kinks but has been crushed slightly. Techs findings are that an improper extension is being used on the dishwasher due to the distance away from the plumbing in the home. Not only is the length improperly extended, but the diameter of the drain extension is too large and prevents water from being pressurized and pushed through the line. Tech called project manager and explained that a plumber will need to be back to address issue. Job is complete."

"Customer states that the water and ice intermittently don't work. Tech tested and confirmed. Water won't dispense and auger motor does not turn. Removed filter and no change occurs. Pulled fridge and removed water lines and they are not frozen. Tech removed paddle and verified that the paddle is proper. Tested wire harness in the door and all wires pass continuity check. Tech reinstalled user interface and water and ice auger now work. Checked harness at the hinge and pulled on wires to check for broken harnesses. A pink wire breaks off and pulls out of the unit. Water and ice are still working. Tech is extremely confused as wire harness is clearly damaged but operations are continuing. Tech explained findings to the customer and suggests replacement of the door due to the broken wiring. Tech provided a quote for a new door and customer declined to move forward.
