Customer states bottom oven is overheating by at least 50 degrees. Used multimeter to test oven temperature. Set oven to bake 350. Oven beeped at 360-365 degrees indicating it was done preheating, but oven temp continued to climb to nearly 450 degrees. After a couple minutes the temperature began to drop. Temp lowered to 335 degrees then began heating again indicating that the temp sensor was functioning properly. Control board has a stuck relay on it. Unit will need a new control board.

Fresh food is 38. Tested water dispenser and water is extremely slow exiting system. Roughly 4oz dispense every 15 seconds. Tech pulled fridge and compound copper supply line going to the basement. Checked basement and found no shutoff valve for fridge. Tech believes that either the line is damaged between the fridge and the supply or that a shutoff is located inside of the finished ceiling and that shutoff is clogged with debris. Tech suggests having a plumber out to run a new waterline and ensure that a shut off is accessible. No repair needed unless new line does not address issue fully. Job is complete.

Found icemaker cavity frozen up with ice from moisture being pulled in from cavity seams. Ice maker is no longer making ice. Steamed out icemaker cavity and removed icemaker and auger. Removed plastic tabs and installed y clip update. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. Installed new updated auger drain line on auger assembly, installed the auger assembly and new ice maker. Checked line on back and black line is showing. I then installed new main pcb. Customer states that the washer isn't spinning out properly. Tech entered basement and found previous generation LG front load washer on a pedestal. Door is open and no standing water is observed. Entered service mode and started test. Drain pump is energized and has no unusual noises. Unit spins all the way until 1150 rpm. Fill is proper with small amount of squeeling on the hot water solenoid. Ended service test with drain out and washer finishes draining fully. Tech ran test cycle 2 more times and then removed the drain filter. Cycles complete with no issues and drain filter is clean, even though it has not been removed in a long time. Tech ran a speedwash and rinse/spin consumer cycle and still no issues. Tech finds no problems with washer and operations are as expected. Tech believes that washer is possibly being overloaded due to findings. Job is complete.

Upon inspection the washer had stopped running and wouldnt drain. I first attempted a spin only cycle. The unit was able to drain a bit but did not spin the tub. I then hand spun the tub and it barely moves. I then heard pieces of the spider gear moving behind the tub. The rear bearing and spider gear have failed. The ice maker cycled but failed to release the ice. This causes the water to overfill and spill into the ice bin. I replaced the cubed ice maker and rant a test cycle.
