Inspected and found the root cause to be improper drainage outlet. Drain lines empty into a smaller tapered down pex line intended for water supply not draining. Once removed from the outlet port, I tested the operation of the motor and was able to quickly drain out both drawers. Explained the situation with the customer and educated on what drainage should be in place per the installation manual. Customer will be reaching out to contractor for solution.

Found icemaker cavity frozen up with ice from moisture being pulled in from cavity seams. Ice maker is no longer making ice. Steamed out icemaker cavity and removed icemaker and auger. Removed plastic tabs and installed y clip update. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. Installed new updated auger assembly and new ice maker. Checked line on back and black line is showing. I then installed new main pcb. Custpmer states that he was using the front right burner and heard a pop. He reset the breaker and now wants machine inspected. Tech tested all cooktop burners and found all heating properly. Dual and tri element are good. Removed cooktop and inspected wiring and element mounts and bases. No signs of short circuits, no arcs, and no frayed wiring is anywhere. Tech reassembled machine and boiled a kettle of water on the front right burner without any issues developing. Tech finds no source of the short and is unable to replicate it at this time. Explained to customer that the infinite switch could be at play as a source of a short circuit, but the knobs rotation is smooth and no issues are seen after running for 15 minutes. Job is complete.

Customer states since last visit unit has ran 6-8 times with no issues or leaks. Last time customer ran unit water started spraying out of door onto kitchen floor. After inspecting unit and running it on heavy wash I found no signs of a leak. Tub seal was in tact and showed no signs of water getting through it at all. Talked with customer who informed me they wash a lot of dishes and pack it heavy on loads. I believe the cause is something wedging door on certain loads in dishwasher. If running unit empty or with light loads I have not seen any signs of leak and customer states leaks are very intermittent (maybe one load out of 8. Advised customer to check load when a leak occurs and see if there is something out of place on the rack or sticking through the basket hitting the door. Sealed system failure has occurred. Checked suction and discharge lines on the compressor and found all lines warm or hot to the touch. Compressor has been running so hard that it can't be touched by hand with out scalding. Pulled owners manual to see warranty information. Warranty exists on wine fridge for 2 years and has up to 5yrs of coverage for refrigeration related issues. Looked up replacement parts and can find no refrigeration parts listed for purchase. Unit is not heating. Ran unit and it did not heat up. While running there is a groaning/ squeal every so often coming from the unit. Inspected and found the heater had failed and will need replaced. Also found d the right rear roller is worn and not spinning freely and idler pulley doesnt spin as smoothly as it should. Recommend replacing the heating element, and maintenance kit (belt, idler and all 4 rollers).

Removed freezer evaporator cover and found no frost pattern. Put unit into test 96 for freezer cooling test, evaporator failed to develop frost pattern. Unit has a sealed system issue. Vacuumed down system and recharged with 86g r600a. Allow 24 hours for temps to return to normal and 24-48 for ice. No voltage is getting sent to fz drain tube heater but it is getting sent to ff drain heater. Test 6 to ff drain tube heater is sending voltage to fz drain tube heater. Tech line and tech checked voltages multiple times and even replaced board with same issue occurring. Tech line wants tech to return with mdu and new power board. Once arrived tech will get fridge data with mdu and send it to Miele and will proceed according.
