During inspection I checked water flow feeding the unit. Unit had proper water flow. Ran the unit in a diagnostic mode and cycled ice make and made sure it cycled properly. I then cycled the water valve and placed a cup under the fill port. Unit had little flow of water feeding the unit. The heater in the ice maker fill line is started to freeze up. Unfortunately the heater is foamed into the cabinet and the unit is unrepairable. Customer is going to contact their extended warranty program. Ali!

Customer removed the filter but found no debris inside and called for service. Insoected washer and removed filter assembly. Viewed inside and found no signs of debris. Reinstalled filter and connected via hass. Has allowed tech to run overall check up and machine passes without issue. Started and completed a rinse and spin cycle which also passes without any issues. Tech believes that some blockage must have been present inside the filter which created a drain blockage. Multiple large dogs live in home and have extremely thick, coarse fur; likely causing the issue. Tech suggests no repairs at this time, but may suggest replacement of drain pump if issues continue. "Arrived in breakroom and found dishwasher door taped closed. Removed tape and door immediately wants to fall open. Carefully lowered door and found that the door does not articulate properly. Inspected right hinge area and noticed three distinct issues. Hinge pin which is supposed to be permanently attached to the frame of the dishwasher has broken off. Pin is used to locate the door properly and allow smooth opening and closure. With pin gone, the door has started resting on the tub lip. Tub lip is not cracked and ripped from weight and sharp metal-on-metal contact. Tub gasket is also torn due to sharp metal on door scraping against it. Uninstalled dishwasher and checked to see if anything could be installed in place of the pin and found that damage is too severe to repair. Hinge pin and the damaged tub lip are not repairable issues on this particular dishwasher. Tech explained and showed findings to Michelle, who indicated that she understood what has failed and that the dishwasher will need to be replaced due to issues. Michelle provided card for payment of the service fee. Job is complete."

Cuetomer states that the ice room is dripping water into the fresh food compartment and that her ice cubes are small. Tech arrived and discussed fridge in depth with customer. Customer is on reverse osmosis and has no filter installed. Connected via hass and thermistors are all reading properly. Ran on board checks and diagnostic tests of system and all pass. Manually started ice maker self test to see if leakage is occurring. Ice maker successfully harvests and refills with water. Water is still dripping from ice room. Disassembled ice room and removed all components. Ice room is completely dry. Applied new sealant to floor and back wall of room but water drip still occurring. Reinstalled parts and test cycled ice maker multiple times. Leaking is still occurring and seemingly speeds up when icemaker fill occurs. Tech removed auger assembly from unit and ran test again. No splashing or leaking occurring inside ice cavity but dripping again speeds up. Tech removed waterlines and cover from rear of machine and plastic director tube is dry as far in as tech can feel. Called technical support to discuss and document further. Technical support condemned machine due to issues and takes that fridge can not be repaired.
