"Customer states that ignitor sparks, but flame is not established and won't stay lit for more than a few seconds. Inspected cooktop. Checked all ignitors on cooktop and inside oven and they all spark when commanded. Turned oven to 250 degree bake and ignition occurs. Watched flames for a moment and they do not go out. Disassembled oven and ran testing again. Spark ignitor continues to work properly. Watched operation occur and first issue experienced is with gas never igniting, although spark is located properly and is strong. Tech read documentation and bulletins to see if issue is known. Tech foubd documents indicating that improper starting procedure is the main reason for improper ignition, flame time outs, and gas odor. Procedure in the owners manual indicates that the oven control knob, while in the off position, must be pushed in and held in for 2 seconds before knob cam be turned to select a temperature zone. Failure to hold the knob in for two seconds while in the off position will cause the sequence of ignition to not be proper, leading to multiple issues. Tech and customer discussed findings and found that tech can replicate the misfire consistently if the appropriate order is not followed, while also can turn the oven on properly 100% of the time if the procedure is followed. Tech believes that no immediate failure has occurred and that no parts need replaced for repair. Job is complete."

"Customer states unit is freezing and becoming inoperable intermittently. All functions on when arrived. Tested settings and buttons when arrived, unit was operating properly. Initiated a smart connect to connect to Hass and unit then froze. Once unit display unfroze, I attempted to set a a normal cook setting. Unit then locked up again. Pulled oven slightly out and attempted to wire connect to Hass. Unit would still not link with phone and once again froze the display. After waiting out unit from being non-responsive, I manually enter diagnostics mode. Unit did not display any error codes. Unit would not run and self test functions. Attempted factory reset and unit would then freeze. Removed covers to inspect wiring. Wiring was fully connected,with no frays or scorch markings. Opened door and checked machine over. Spray assemblies are not clogged and minimal debris is present inside. Turned dishwasher on and listened to operation. Machine fills and begins circulation. Circulation is quite loud and heavy cavitation is present. Allowed cycle to continue and fill level never increases to an appropriate level. Added 1 gallon of water to the sump and allowed cycle to continue. Cavitation has subsided and spray assemblies are now spinning and moving water throughout unit. Fill valve has calcified or failed and will need replaced. Checked quote and called customer to discuss. "Customer states that the washer is loud after repair was done a few months ago. Wanted washer checked out before washer warranty is up. Tech connected to washer via hass diagnostic tool and found no stored error codes. Ran horizontal installation test and overall machibe check up and both pass with no problems. Tech finds no unusual noise or operations occurring. Last load run through machine was 3 hooded sweatshirts and a pair of underwear, which were in the dryer. Tech placed the load back into the washer and ran an express wash cycle. Cycle runs though with no issues and vibration felt and heard are normal as much is a front load washer on the second floor of the home. Washer stays planted through entire cycle and has no issues stabilizing and finishing through. Issue of failed rear bearings were properly addresses in previous repair and no issue is present with washer at this time. Job is complete."
