Checked shock absorbers by pressing down on the tub and releasing it. Shocks on the rear are fairly tight with a little bit of a bounce. Front shocks have significant rebound and bounce. Shocks are worn out. Started express wash cycle and watched operation. Clutch assembly under washer is making more noise than expected. Noise is almost crunchy sounding, leading tech to believes poor fitment of drive components or worn bearings is likely present. Allowed cycle to finish and tech looked up replacement parts. Upon inspection the washer was giving a F30 error code during some cycles. The F30 error code indicates an issue with the dispenser motor. I first removed the top panel and inspected the dispenser motor. There was some build up on one end of the mechanical arm that turns the motor. I then started a cycle to see the motor run. The motor did spin freely but did not snap into place at each position. I then removed the old motor and installed a new one. "Customer states that his topload washer leaks a small amount of water from the front right corner while in use. Through testing, customer has noticed that issue only occurs when clothing is being washed. Running the machine empty will not replicate the issue. Tech insoected machine and noticed that the washer is leaned slightly forward due to sloped basement floor. Wash tub, subsequently, is leaned forward as well. Checked for errors and none are stored. Ran auto test and water is spraying against tub cover during fill. Added 6 towels to the washer and ran express wash cycle. After running through the main wash, tech noticed puddle starting to form from the back right corner of the machine. Water drops are originating from the tub cover and top of the outer tub. Tech removed tub cover and sees no damage or fitment issues. Reinstalled cover and removed lid. Ran rinse and spin cycle with the lid off and found water splashing over the top of the tub and leaking past the tub cover. Watched basket closely and found that the basket is not spinning true. Spin basket is either warped or transmission shaft is bent slightly. Showed customer the wobbling occurring and customer understands. Provided quotes for both parts and customer declined repairs. Job is complete."

Upon inspection the was had been leaking from the bottom during cycles. I first tipped the unit back and checked for signs of leaks. The gear case and outer tub looked ok with no issues. The drain pump was wet where the inter drain line connected to it. I adjusted the clamp and dried the hose. I then filled and drained the tub multiple times to check for leaks.
