I then removed the front panel and confirmed the belt was in good shape and the drum spins freely. I then tested the door switch and it was ok. I then removed the back panel and tested the tco, hi limit, heater and outlet tco. All of them came back ok. I then checked the terminal and timer wiring. I found no loose or improper connections. I arrived today with the RFID board to complete the repair. I first disconnected power and removed the filter. I then replaced the RFID board and reinstalled the water filter. I then attempted to get water at the dispenser but did not get any. I connected my diagnostic tool and attempted to test the dispenser and ice maker. I did not get any feedback from the water valve or ice maker while in service mode. Both sensors read 1090 ohm at room temperature, which is proper. Turned oven to 350 degree convection bake. All three elements cycle on and off and tempersture rises in compartment. While watching preheat, tech noticed that the broil relay was not opening back up when commanded to, leading to the broil element staying on. Customer states unit is still leaking from door. Says tried to run drain and spin and it would not. Put unit in diagnostics. Was able to drain remaining water and spin unit up to max speed. Advance to fill. Water started coming in but pressure switch reading was not changing. Removed top. Found pressure hose disconnected. Emptied water from unit and then reconnected hose. Put back into diagnostics and filled unit to max level. Pressure reading stayed consistent indicating no leak. Ran wash test for 10 minutes. No water leak from unit. With pressure hose disconnected unit would fill with too much water and out too much weight against door causing leak. Same when trying to spin unit thinks there is no water in tub so will try to spin and not be able to. Unit is now operating properly.

"Customer states that items in lowest three bins are freezing intermittently. Tech inspected and took infrared thermometer readings. Fresh food zone is low 30s at the floor and upper 50s at the ceiling, giving the impression of a fan issue. Connected newfi and checked temperatures and status. Fans are all operating properly and sensors are reading exactly what tech saw with his infrared readings. Updated software as 1 update is available and disassembled fresh food. Found evaporator has proper frost pattern and that the fans are not iced up or jammed. Checked thermistors and found them connected properly. Reset machine and reassembled. Allowed machine to run for 20 minute while tech inspected past 6 days of operation. Fridge has consistently been holding in the upper 30s while minimum and maximum temperatures have fluctuated a minor amount. Tech exited all test modes and discussed findings with customer. Tech finds no immediate cause of concern and finds no immediate failures source. Due to intermittent nature and the fact that the issue seemingly has resolved, tech believes pcb issue might be present. Customer will monitor and call back if issues redevelop. Job is complete."

Customer says that a class action lawsuit is present because of the heater leaking on his dishwasher. Tech confirmed that his model did have issues with the heater and tech suggests that customer contact manufacturer if he believes that a warranty situation is present with his machine. Door is latching better but is still difficult. Slide washer out and checked for level, slightly lowered rear legs. Slid washer back into cabinet and adjusted until door would easily close. Stayed with unit and watched for leaks. No leaks found and door is latching. Opened and closed door multiple times, dishwasher would start cycle each time door was closed."
