Checked errors and 40c is active. Removed bin, removed updated ice maker, and removed updated auger. Fan is proper and ice accumulation has created error. Thawed room and dried fully. Checked sealant and found entire back zone of ice room unsealed. Removed rtv and reapplied new sealant to entire room. Reinstalled auger and reinstalled ice maker. Pulled fridge and found waterline inserted too far into the machine. Removed 1/8' of waterline. Checked pcb and TTI board is installed. Cycled power to reset system and pushed fridge back into cabinetry. Test cycled ice maker three times to ensure no leaking is occurring and that the drainage system is proper. Machine passes testing. Customer says that ice maker stopped working properly. Recently purchased home and has never owned an ice maker. Insoected unit. Production cycle is currently running. Disassembled and found an ice slab being formed on the chill plate. Removed toe kick and found active water leak occurring from the valve and hoses. Watched harvest occur. Reservoir refills properly and slab is dropped onto grid heater. Slab begins being cut and new slab begins forming. After 18 minutes slab harvests again and ice has hardly formed. Issue is present with refrigerant charge or pcb and sensors. Coupling that with a new valve and new waterlines on a 2003 ice maker has pushed customer towards replacement of machine. Job is complete.

Checked wiring and found that bulb electricity goes straight to the pcb, indicating issue with pcb. Reassembled oven and started bake. Floor bake element is now glowing red hot and tech can see element physically functioning, which was not previously occurring. Preheat is satisfied and temperature cycling is now occurring. Tech discounted repair to remove price of light bulbs due to misdiagnosis of that issue. Job is complete."

Low side pressure is 66.6 high side is 66.6, bad compressor. Evacuated refrigerant and removed filter drier and compressor. Installed new filter drier and compressor and filled unit with 200 psi of nitrogen, pressures held and no leaks detected with micron bubbles. Vacuumed system down to 1100 microns and filled unit with 5.9oz of r134a. Pressures are equalized and are dropping. Please allow 48 hours for unit to reach temp. Please put a glass of water with meat thermometer inside fridge over the next few days to monitor temps.
