No water came through. Removed line to valve slowly with towel under and no drips came out. Completely removed line to valve and unit is not being supplied water. "Customer states unit is leaking from bottom, and lots of water in bottom of DW. Canceled cycle when arrived and all water drained out of tub. Looked under sink, and saw misplacement of piping and drain line. I turned sink on and could watch water fill into DW drain line. Reason is from improper plumbing due to such a low sink. Routed 2 high points on drain line under sink. 1st the high loop coming directly out of cabinet. Recommend replacing UI Board 5304519938, thermostat 5304519282, sump 5304519272, sump seal 5304519283, inlet tube 5304519281, outlet tube 5304519280, and associated clamps. Unable to quote price due to inavailability of board, tubes, and seal. Unit must be replaced."

"Upon inspection the dryer was not heating during a cycle. I first disconnected power and confirmed the outlet had a good 240V. I then disassembled the dryer and gained access to the heater. The TCO, thermal fuse, and high limit all tested good. When I tested the heater coils they failed open. I removed the bad heater and installed a new one. I then reassembled the dryer and ran a test cycle. "Found icemaker cavity frozen up with ice from moisture being pulled in from cavity seams. Ice maker is no longer making ice. Steamed out icemaker cavity and removed icemaker and auger. Removed plastic tabs and installed y clip update. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. Installed new updated auger drain line on auger assembly, installed the auger assembly and new ice maker. Checked line on back and black line is showing. I then installed new main pcb. Tapped system and got 17 psi on low side and 18 on high side. Evacuated refrigerant and removed filter drier and compressor. Installed new compressor and filter drier and pressurized system to 203psi of nitrogen and pressure held. Sprayed down joints with micron bubbles and no leaks detected. Vacuumed system down to 1300 microns. Filled unit with 2.1oz of r600. Pressures are dropping. Please allow 48 hours for unit to reach temp. Suggested customer put a glass of water with meat thermometer in fridge to monitor temps for the next 2 days.
