"Customer states that door was not shutting properly. Found that door began closing properly after removing all dishes from the machine. Customer says that they're still having issues with door closure and installation of both dishwashers. Inspected machines and found sloppy installation. Tech found machines side mounted with mounting screws loose. Checked drawers next to machine and found that the mounting screws are too long and are scraping against drawers. Installation of dishwasher is half an inch too far into cabinetry and flush finish is missing with door panels attached. Door panels are also significantly too heavy for spring systems. Adjusted spring tension or doors and tightened mounting screws. Tech is unable to do much to correct installation issues, but Tech is able to adjust machine mounting and leveling to ensure proper door closure is occurring. Ran rinse test of dishwasher and found it working properly with no leaking. Explained findings to customer. Customer will contact dealer/builder to finalize installation as it is not covered under warranty. Job is complete."

Inspected what I could cosmetically without pulling unit. Customer stated NFM was already ordering a new one for her she just wanted to make sure it was safe to use on top. I advised customer unit was most likely safe to use but without being able to pull unit to check electrical components there is no way to know for certain and to use caution if she was weary about it. Fridge is 37* and freezer is 2. SA appearing in the display. U it has frost build up on the back of fresh food section on right side same place as last time. Updated evaporator cover has been installed previously. Called tech line and SA is indicating unit has been put into sabbath mode. Took unit out of sabbath mode. Called tech line about frost build up and he had me verify installation clearances. Unit needs a 2 inch gap between back wall and fridge 1/2 on both sides and 2 inches on top. Sides have properly clearance but back only has 1/2 inch and there is allot of heat building up behind the unit. This would also cause the whining noise the customer has been hearing as the refrigerant is too hot causing unit to run longer and harder creasing the frost ball and noisy refrigerant. They instructed me to pull unit out from wall at least two inches and defrost the ice build. Im instructed customer on slacking and he pulled unit out. I defrosted the ice build up on and behind evaporator cover. Job complete.

Any method of trying to grip the bolt failed, as the tools used with simply end up slipping off. More extreme methods of removal would damage gear case it is attached to, significantly increasing repair costs. Bolt was stripped as a result of customer initially attempting to remove washplate themselves. Customer will find another resolution."

"Customer states selector knob was blinking and they were unable to select cycle, unit was also beeping. Customer unplugged over night and unit appears to be working as normal. Put unit into factory diagnostics and let it run through check up. Checked error codes, error code F2E1, error code is for stuck button. Ran HMI test in diagnostics, all buttons work, ran dial test, dial is working as it should. UI is receiving proper voltage. Removed control panel and cleared lint/dust from boards, all connections were good. If issue continues will need to replace user interface control. Quoted customer 749.39 for new user interface board. Customer to continue using dryer as it is functioning as it should for now. Job complete, collected service call."

"Customer states that dryer isn't drying properly. Checked machine over. 22a are consumed whole heating. Allowed cycle to run for 12 minutes and tech found heater cycling to be consistent durations. Went outside of home and took airflow reading. Airflow is 17mph, which is quite sufficient. Placed load of wet towels into dryer and started timed dry cycle on high heat. Towels are properly drying and no unusual behavior is observed during tests. Job is complete."

"Customer states that water drips from water dispenser. Has done it for years, but dripping recently got worse. Tech inspected and confirmed issue. Roughly 5 drips occur after water paddle is released during course of 2 minutes or so. Disassembled distribution door and found factory distribution valve and factory bulk tank installed. Bulk tank being replaced with bulk waterline, jg fittings being replaced, and valve swap are all suggested to remedy issue. Provided quote. Customer approved. Ran for part and returned to home. Installed new distribution valve and removed the bulk tank. Installed 6 feet of line and installed a new jg elbow fitting. Ran tests of the dispenser and water properly comes out of door and no dripping or leaking is observed once paddle is released. Job is complete. ; used 1 PPM0308W (JG 5/16 ELBOW) from stock"
