Heat probe max out around 360F and bottomed and 311F when oven is set to 325F. After dropping to 311F unit was able to able to go back up to the tolerance temps around 330 and fluctuates. Found no defect on the unit. Recommended customer if customer wants precise cooking try convection cooking.

During inspection I ran the unit in a diagnostic mode via Newfi. Unit had multiple error codes. Ran a test on all of the components and it passed. During the test I noticed a lot of suds within the unit. Unit is at a community center and gets utilized daily with multiple people. Recommended having one dedicated detergent cup with proper markings to help prevent any over sudsing. I also recommend downloading the app do to GE constantly sending firmware updates for the unit. I did delete all of the error codes so if we have any issue itll be the most updated codes. Customer will let us know if any issues come up. Ali!
