"I arrived today due to leaking issues coming from the door dispenser. I first removed the ice bucket and inspected the ice room. There was ice build up present right below the fill line on the ice maker. I tested the water pressure at the dispenser and found it to be extremely high. I then pulled the fridge and turned the pressure down at the valve in the wall. I also ensured that the water line for the ice maker was pulled out to the point where the black line is visible. I also found the the auger assembly was not properly dispensing ice. The dispenser would send ice out very slow and somewhat chopped up. I replaced the auger assembly and ice maker. I am also ordering an ice bucket do to cracking in the plastic. Finally I cleaned hard water build up out of the ice route and water line to prevent further leaks.

Upon inspection the dishwasher failed to drain in the middle of a cycle. The customer had used vinegar in the sump to break down some hard water build up. I tested the dishwashers drain pump and it operated properly. I also ran the unit for 15 minutes to ensure no other sources of leaks. The dishwasher had no leaks and operates within spec. I am order a new fine filter and will return to install it.

"Tech entered home via garage using code in notes. Found second generation cabrio in basement with water on floor around front right foot. Leaned washer back and no immediate signs of transmission shaft and seal failure. Checked connections on rear and previous long term leak has occurred from hoses and valve log assembly, however, hoses appear to be new and recently replaced (no longer leaking). Customer has a small load of towels in the tub, so tech started a cycle to watch. Machine successfully fills, recirculates, and begins agitation without any leaking occurring. Machine reaches final spin and no leaking has occurred through testing. Removed lid of machine and inspected for source of leak and source appears to be water splashing over the tub. Tub cover is undamaged and is fully installed. Shock absorbers are soft and bouncy. Called customer and provided quote via voicemail. Will run card for service call and wait to hear back. Removed back panel and layer towel under pump and pinched off line. Removed drain pump and heard a rattle. Inspected and found a self taping screw lodged in the impeller. Replaced pump assembly and put all hoses back on. Drained water from unit and made sure no leaks were present. Ran unit through hass and it passed with no issues. Sent report to Samsung. Checked airflow again and found proper airflow. Checked heating element for continuity and element was good. Removed element to look for sagging and possible grounding. "Tapped into system found indications a leak. Sprayed joints with bubbles and found leak. I reclaimed a full charge worth of refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, and drier replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. Then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 200 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 15 minutes and achieved a micron vacuum. I updated main pcb software for new compressor. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at 900 microns. Vacuum holding steady. I then recharged system with 40g of r600 refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal. Job complete."

Tested each valve all filling to max level and stopping when they are supposed to. Drain pump, wash motor and circulation motor are all working as they should. Water is clear during agitate and when filling. No off smell in drum. Found some residue in the detergent dispenser in the fabric softener spot.
