Checked machine over and found no visual cues of leaking occurring from door bellows or filter area. Ran diagnostic test cycle. Machine does not leak after running agitation for 10 minutes with a full tub of water. Disassembled washer and checked interior for signs of leaking. Drain pump and door boot have been replaced previously and neither show signs of issues. Interior of machine has debris present from previous door boot issue, but no liquid is found anywhere inside. Reassembled and ran second test. Still no leaking occurring. Tech believes that issue may have been caused by debris on the door bellow, or possible over loading. Customer complaint is that they smell gas coming from range. Installer had shut off gas to range before I arrived. Turned gas back on and waited a few minutes then turned on all burners and oven. After a few minutes I turned everything off and checked each burner and oven cavity with gas leak detector with no leaks or smell detected. I then slid the unit out and inch and put the gas leak detector behind the unit to check for leaks and none found. I tested all burners and oven cavity again with detector behind the range to make sure no gas is leaking while valves are open to burners or oven with no leaks detected. I then asked customer if we could fill dryer and ran a cycle and customer and I still did not hear any noise. I had previously replaced belt and idler and thoroughly cleaned and oiled all rollers. Bearing on all rollers look good. No issues found. Ran unit through hass with no issues found. If customer experiences noise again they can reach out to us again. Checked lower ice maker and found ice bin removed. Removed lower ice maker and found large amount of ice accumulation present inside mold as mold has over filled. Thawed ice out of lower ice maker, in sink, and reinstalled. Ran test cycle. Ice maker motor struggles to twist empty tray, but eventually completes harvest and then refills with water. Tech called office for authorization on 1 time repair, as unit does not use a direct cool ice maker. Office confirmed presence of 1 time p/l for machine.
