"Tapped into system and got high side pressure at 137.7 and low side at -17.3 indicating a sealed system leak resulting in a system restriction. I reclaimed remaining refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, drier, and fresh food evaporator replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. I then removed old fresh food evaporator and welded in new one. I then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 240 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 30 minutes and achieved a 633 micron vacuum. I updated main pcb software for new compressor. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at 1766 microns. Vacuum held steady. I then recharged system with 4.76 oz of r134 ar refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal. "Customer states that oven takes a long time to preheat, even when fast preheat is selected. Says oven temperatures seem fine once preheat has satisfied. Inspected oven and found no immediate visual issues with elements of cavity. Door is shutting firmly against seal. Uninstalled oven and removed top cover. Placed clamp meter around L1 leads and started oven. With oven set to 350* on fast preheat, it takes 12 minutes to preheat. Digital thermocouple confirms that temperature displayed and actual temperature are accurate with one another. Electrical readings during preheat are 8a, 16a, and 19a which tech finds acceptable for all 3 elements being energized at separate times. Tech finds no issues with machine and unit passes testing. I dont check for error codes inside of the machine and found that there were no error codes. I then put unit into a diagnostic cycle and found that the unit went through the whole entire cycle properly and passed. I found the machine was operating properly for me, I then told customer that the only issue that I could find potentially wrong with it is that the board is potentially not letting the unit finish the cycle. I then ran a test through Haas and ran all of the fans and found that all of the fans were operating properly except for the icemaker fan.
