"Upon inspection the dishwasher was not latching properly. I first removed the kick plate and checked if the dishwasher was level. The dishwasher was leaning to the right heavily, causing the door to not latch. I leveled the dishwasher and reinstalled the mounting brackets. The door is not closing and latching properly. Derek!"

During inspection I ran the unit and noticed the wash pump would cut in and out. Unit will need a new wash pump assembly. Pulled the unit utilizing my floor protection and gained access to the wash pump assembly. Removed the old pump assembly and installed the new pump. While the unit was out i ran a cycle to confirm there was no leaks. Placed the unit back into location and ran another cycle. Confirmed there was no leaks. Unit is now operating properly.Job complete

"Tapped into system and got high side pressure at 74.8 and low side at -19.4 indicating a sealed system leak resulting in a system restriction. I reclaimed remaining refrigerant. Unit will need the compressor, drier, and freezer evaporator replaced. I removed old compressor and drier from unit. I then installed and welded in new compressor and drier. I then removed old freezer evaporator and welded in new one. I then proceeded to pressurize system with nitrogen to 200 psi. I checked all welds with bubble leak detector and no leaks were found. Next I vacuumed down the system for 30 minutes and achieved a 484 micron vacuum. I updated main pcb software for new compressor. After removing vacuum, pump the vacuum settled out at 1380 microns. Vacuum held steady. I then recharged system with 5.29 oz of r134 ar refrigerant. Unit is now running and beginning to blow cold air. Allow 24 hours for unit to cycle temps back down to normal. Job complete.

"Upon inspection the dishwasher had no power and would not turn on. We first checked that for power coming into the dishwasher, and it did have 120V. We then noticed that some of the buttons were stuck and had bad feedback. While checking power a small drip on the water line feeding the dishwasher was noticed. We notified customer that their waterline was shot and customer advised they would have a plumber come out to fix it. We then replaced the UI and reassembled the dishwasher. Finally we ran a test cycle and the dishwasher operated properly with good feedback from the UI. We then turned off water to the dishwasher and informed the customer.
