"Customer says that the cycle will stall out and never progress past the first two minutes. Unit fills and begins spraying the water, bit timer never progresses. Customers will cycle power to the machine and then the unit will run through the next cycle without issues. Tech inspected unit and found proper water level inside unit with clean filters and rotor housing. Removed exterior door and started a cycle. Unit fills with water and starts circulation. Timer started at 46 minutes and is now done to 40 minutes with nothing unusual having occurred. Tried cycle over to see if failure will replicate. This time, the unit is unsuccessful at filling properly with water. Timer stays at 45 minutes remaining and the unit continues attempting to fill until A6 error activates. Fill valve assembly has failed and replacement part is required to address issues. Tech generated a quote and discussed findings and options with the customer. Customer has not been in-love with the dishwasher as it was already in the home when they moved in last year. Customer wants to discuss options with his wife before committing to the repair. Customer will call back if he chooses to move forward. Job is complete."
