"Customer complaint is one day when he showed up to the house he found that there was chalky water residue underneath of the water dispenser on the front of the fridge door. I then ask customer if they had ran a gallon of water through the water filter to relieve the air pressure. Customer said that he did not, found that this is the issue that when they dispensed water water with leak out because of that not circulating the water through the fridge filter properly. Tell me if the machine is operating properly as of right now, slept in late."

Phone while I was out that the display thought that there were burner knobs on even though there werent. I then had Warner stallion help me pull out the range so I can look at the wiring. Found that they had 120 V of power supplied to the machine even though it needed 240 V to work properly. Found that the reason this error was coming up and nothing else was working was because they did not have proper voltage supplied. I also informed him that they did not have the power cord hooked up to the machine correctly either. Job complete.

Ran the unit in a diagnostic mode via Newfi. There was two error codes displaying(flood pressure and long drain). Did a live test on a quick wash cycle. Allowed the unit to run for a good half hour. During the test there was no issues. I did contact GE tech line and informed them the issue with the unit. With the two error codes he recommended removing the pressure switch and confirmed its not clogged. Removed the pressure switch and noticed a good amount of debris. Cleaned out all of the debris and ran another test. Also confirmed there was no signs of any leaks. During the test I noticed water pressure readings had improved. Tested units clutch connections and everything is testing in spec. Ran unit in spin and hear a high pitch squeaking. Unit will need new gear case assembly and new basket.
