Steamed out all ice, removed auger and installed update drain. Sealed up all seams inside of ice room. Steamed drain clear. Unit has proper y lips installed and installed correctly. Installed auger and new updated ice maker. Changed defrost setting in programming mode. Pulled unit out and installed new updated ice maker condensate drain tube. Checked fill tube. "Inspected washer. Samsung built Maytag Neptune front load machine. Opened door and basket is sitting in extra water. Belt is attached and motor spins with basket. Started spin only cycle. Door locks after 30- 45 seconds and then basket begins spinning. Drain pump is never energized. Removed lid and removed console. Tapped relays on pcb and ran test again. Machine now drains out, but pump sounds awful. Exited cycle and started rinse and spin. Unit locks door, fills with water, and then agitates. Machine reaches spin and drain pump is energized. Pump removed a small amount of water and then locks up and stops draining. Tech disassembled machine and installed new pump for further testing. New pump is still experiencing issues, indicating computer failure is present. Computer has been discontinued for several years and is no longer available for order. Used and rebuild markets also show no inventory, so no repair can be done. "During inspection fresh food temperatures were around 38?. During the test for the freezer I noticed ice buildup towards the top RH corner of the evaporator cover. Removed the evaporator cover and noticed no frost pattern on the evaporator. I did noticed an ice ball on the joints of the freezer evaporator.
