"Customer said complaints were basically same as before. Even with Samsungs recommendation of pretreating stains and using name brand HE detergents, proper size loads and using a heavy wash cloths still are not coming out clean like one would expect when buying a washer. Tested unit normally as we had a standard load of laundry in the unit. Watched unit fill up and agitate but seemed like maybe during agitation that it wasnt moving any of the cloths around enough. Unit drains great. Checked unit for error codes and nothing was present or on history. Called tech support again and had me do a quick run down of the unit. Tested proper water temperature and unit operation. Tech did visual support and seen it agitating and said it looks like its doing exactly what it should be doing. Only suggestion from tech was to run unit on self clean as there could be some build up otherwise possibly changing detergents to a brand like Tide and keep with liquid, not pods or powder. Make sure to pretreat any stains and to be using unit on HOT temp setting, recommended using water level extra high, soil level high and recommended amount of detergent to ensure best possible results, could even try putting less laundry in per load for better results as well. Everything is working as intended per tech from tech line. Horizontal diagnostics passed and so did overall checkup. "Customer says machine has been malfunctioning for some time. Has had to unplug unit to reset machine,mat which point washer would start working again. Has since stopped working all together. Inspected unit. Verified outlet is proper and verified that start button does not power machine on. Unplugged washer and plugged it back in. Machine immediately wakes up, plays its power on song, and waits for selections to be made. Removed lid and checked wiring over. Power cord to filter box is proper, filter box to main pcb is proper, and main pcb to user console is proper. Ran a series of diagnostic tests and found operations proper. Tried to cycle machine to crest failure again and machine is continuously working properly. Explained to customers that one or both of computers are faulty and would need replaced, but that tech can not pin point which is the failure at this time. Provided quotes to customer for each computer to make them aware of potential cost of pcb replacement. Job is complete at this time."

Technical support and technician checked machine over for 1hr and could find no cause for error code occurring. Technical support suggests replacement of the compressor, main pcb, and the drive motor assembly. Parts are extremely expensive and appear to be direct ship from Germany only. Both elements are energizing properly and consuming proper electricity. Checked sensor at end of preheat and sensor is reading 1660. Sensor is testing properly. Allowed machine to run for a few moments and noticed that cooling fan has not turned on. Bypassed thermostat and fan turns on. Unit has failed fan thermostat and a faulty pcb causing F2 error code. Looked up replacement pcb and found that part has been discontinued for 4 to 5 years. Customer will need to replace machine to fully address issue. Job is complete.
