"Customer states doors is uneven and bottom left leveling leg is bent, as well as rust in fridge. Verified all complains. Back wall cover in fridge is rusted all along the bottom. Top of door sits out 1/4 further than bottom of door. Trim in bottom right is bent out. Kick panel mounting brackets are bent. Lower left leveling leg is straight, however support brackets that support leg are significantly bent causing leveling leg to lean from left to right. Called Thermador tech line. Was instructed IF customers want repair, the whole mounting bracket and back left roller legs would need to be replaced. Thermador tech line noted it would be a 2 man job where unit must be pulled and laid down to replace. Thermador tech line noted it is customers discretion to have repairs done, or if wanting replacement to contact customer service. Discussed with customers the options given, as well as emphasizing risks of pulling unit to lay down and repair. Customer will contact NFM."

Inspected fridge. Install team was out and reinstalled machine. Installation is much better but it is not complete. Tech inspected upper hinges and found right side adjusters stripped out and damaged. Tech also found top grill cover hinges and bracket twisted and bent. Cabinetry company arrived while tech was in home and they discussed options to remedy issues for customer. Cabinetry company plans to modify their panels once repairs are made to the hinge components. Tech placed parts on order and will return next week for install. "Shut off breaker and pulled oven out of the wall using the all-dolly. Removed panels and began removal of the steam generator. New generator is wired differently due to the updated design and requires major disassembly to remove wiring. Tech followed the very vague diagram and removed all 16 pink wires. Installed all 15 black wires in their place. Omitted/missing wire is not documented in installation guide and appears to be a duplicate neutral. Tech resupplied power and ran tested. Oven is now generating steam. Reassembled, reinstalled, and ran a 25 minute steamed ride cycle. Oven passes testing and cycle finishes. Job is complete."
