Replaced water float and temperature sensor assembly and newfi now reads temperature at 70 degrees. Tested the drain and it was not froze over but the drains needed replaced as they were coagulated causing a back up in the drain to have water drain under the crispers. Recommended cleaning the condensing coil and replacing the drains. Customer will clean their own coil and wanted to buy the drains. Consulted about if unit freezes up again or starts leaking that it would need a new heat probe, defrost sensor and new evaporator cover depending if it was damaged by ice build up. Tested the drain to see if it was frozen and found it to be clear and open. Unit is working properly. "Customer states that units ice maker is frozen up and wont work. I inspected unit and found ice build up in ice room. Unit is in need of new ice maker update kit. Which consists of new ice maker. Y clips. New control board. RTV sealing the ice room and new drain tube on auger. I defrosted ice room and dried out all moisture. I removed old ice maker. Removed auger. Rtvd the room and added y clips. Checked water line positioning and adjusted as needed. Previous auger locking clip was broken off so I replaced it slid in ice maker. I then pulled unit forward on floor protection and installed new control board. "Customer complaint is that unit is not making ice and when it actually does, it is slow to produce. I checked temps and temps are ok. I put fridge in diagnostic mode and tested the harvest. Icemaker is only rotating 45 degrees, not enough to dump ice. I felt inside the tray and found ice cubes were still inside of the tray. I put a Tupperware container under icemaker and forced fill, ice maker is properly filling. Customer was sent new ice maker. I removed old ice maker and installed new one. I tested harvest and icemaker is now rotating properly during harvest. I then tested fill again and unit is getting appropriate amount of water. Put all pieces of outer ice maker back onto unit. Job complete."

"Customer complaint is that ice maker is not working. I checked temps in fridge and freezer and everything is ok. Customer states ice bucket is difficult to remove. I removed icemaker and saw clear ice all along the bottom, no rime ice build up. I steamed out ice room and removed icemaker. I found the right Y clip bent out of place, causing water to run off into ice room. I removed auger and dried out ice room. I used rtv to seal up ice room and reinstalled the auger. I straightened y clips and put ice maker back in. I noticed a crack in the ice bucket so I put new ice bucket in. I ran icemaker test and ice maker is harvesting and filling properly. "Inspected machine. Freezer 6-9 degrees and fridge is 42-46 degrees. Removed ice bin and ice maker is in resting home position. Checked mold and ice maker mold is empty. Checked fill tube and ice maker fill tube is frozen. Used steamer to thaw line and started forced test of ice maker. Ice maker properly fills with water but water flow is slow into machine. Explained findings to customer and suggested that inlet water valve and and possibly the water shut off will need replaced. Customer declined repairs as she does not want her fridge pulled out of cabinet. Cabinet used to house a subzero fridge and this sxs was placed into cutout. "Inspected unit. 14e, 15e, 22e, 25e, 39e, 40e, and 61e errors are present. Customer has another repair company returning with parts to address 22e and 25e error codes. Removed ice bin from machine and room is significantly frozen. Ice maker and auger assemblies are unplugged, allowing no defrost to occur for 3+ years. Removed components and found wire cover missing from machine and found rear air ducting melted from use of hairdryer to previously thaw machine. Removed as much damaged plastic as possible, adjusted y clips, and adjusted cooling loop as it has moved sideways. Sealed room and installed new k auger. Installed new ice maker. Pulled fridge and adjusted waterline to appropriate depth. Replaced main pcb and verified machine powers on and begins cooling again. Removed drain lines behind fridge and verified they are not clogged. Test cycled ice maker and operations are correct. Reused factory bin as it has a push button release, and new bins do not utilize that release mechanism. Checked ice route and replaced it with new due to damaged seal. Customer complaint is that the agitator came off durning a wash cycle. I removed agitator cover cap and found the agitator plate to be very loose. I used my impact drill to tighten down the nut. Customer put some jeans in the washer and we ran a quick cycle. About 7 min into cycle we heard a loud noise for a few seconds. I slid unit out and removed back cover.
