U it gave several errors and was making a terrible noise and then wouldnt spin and also producing a burning smell. Errors were F7 e9 locked motor and F6e3 mcu acu communication. I cleared errors and ran unit in diagnostics and in spin is sounds terrible and is producing a burning smell from inside the tub. Inspected and verified smell wasnt coming from anywhere else and nothing is obstructing the motor or spin basket. Unit has failing bearings which requires the whole tub assembly to be replaced.

Temp dropped to around 95 pretty quickly. Unit is circulating water properly. Called for harvest. Dropped 8 cubes that look proper. After harvest it began circulating again. I removed water. With no water. Took 12 minutes to call for harvest and every mold had frost pattern. After filling valve shut off and do not see water being constantly added. Took 22 minutes to make a batch of ice which is proper. Noticed bin lever knob was turned almost all the way down. Turned up. Told customer to monitor.

"Customer states that the washer is leaking when deep fill option is used. Tech started a rinse and spin with deep fill selected. Washer fills nearly the entire tub with water before turning the supply off. Tech paused cycle twice during fill and verified that the valves are properly turned on and off and are not stuck open. Washer begins to spin, while full of water, to 'distribute' clothing items around and water immediately splashes over the edge of the tub and leaks onto the floor. Tech drained the washer out and blew through the pressure tube. No blockages are detected. Ran second test and water level is unchanged and leaks again. Tech entered service mode and ran valve checks to see the pressure transducer reading. Transducer reads 268 empty and shuts off with a reading of 233 at roughly half way full. Sensing system passes test but fails during consumer cycle and over fills. Due to unusual nature of issue and the fact that the issue just occurred, tech will order a new control assembly and a new pressure sensor. "Customer states that her dishwasher leaked and warped her floors last night. Now e15 error is occurring in the dishwasher. Tech arrived and customer has breaker and water turned off to the machine. Tech pulled the dishwasher and found a small amount of water inside the leak basin. Water is not proportional to the amount of wood warpage. Tech asked when unit was run and customer says that it has not been run in days, making the leak more unusual. Tech ran a rinse cycle and found no leaks or issues immediately occurring. Tech tested sink plumbing for signs of a clogged pipe in the house and plumbing drains properly. Due to the dishwasher filling on its own while not being used, tech is concerned about the water fill parts. Tech explained to the customer how the computer energizes the three valves, water enters the salt water softening reservoir, and then flows into the machine. Since issue can not be confirmed, tech can only be suspicious of a major water inlet failure having occurred. Customer is not interested in repair due to severity of the issue and the uncertainty of the actual failure point. Job is complete."
