Tech suggests a software update, the updated fridge fan, and addressing the clogged line and misplaced sensor. Customer approved. Tech applied the software update, installed the new fan, and ziptied the thermistor in place. Tech removed all ice from the fridge floor and evaporator trough. Cycled power and monitored. Temperature is proper and fan is spinning at appropriate speeds. Job is complete."

Tech line advised customer instruct and no new parts."

Customer says that her mother was running the washer the other day and noticed a leak on the floor after the cycle had completed. Puddle was mopped up using a shirt. Tech inspected and found signs of leaking from the front door and bellows interface and also from the atmosphere vent. Started washer on quick wash cycle and monitored. Cycle completes with no leaking. Tech started self clean cycle and still no leaking is observed after an additional 30 minutes of run time while filled the the maximum level with water and agitating 30% more aggressively than any consumer cycle can. Tech finds no issues and believes that leaking occurred due to debris trapped between the door bellows and the door glass. Job is complete.

"Customer says that the washer has developed a squeak over the past cycle or two. Has a video showing a consistent squeak throughout the agitation cycle. Tech removed the front access panel, which is missing a retaining screw, and found a heavy coating of oil/water flung against interior of the cabinet. Belt is heavily worn and has cracked. Belt tensioner is worn and making noise. Washer needs a new belt and tensioner assembly, however, transmission and tub seals are clearly failing or have already failed as well. Started the washer and squeaking is occurring almost immediately. Tech checked part availability to see if repairs can be made. Belt tensioner components (all purchased individually) have all been discontinued. Belt is available. Transmission components and tub seals are mixed availability. Tech explained findings to the customer and suggests that customer investigate replacement of the machine with a speedqueen tc5000 series washer, as it is a new-age remake of this unit; just 35 years apart. Job is complete."
