Customer states that her oven temp is inaccurate after preheating. She is using a bimetallic type oven thermometer. I explained how these take a longer time to measure an accurate temperature. I inserted a type k thermometer in the oven and measured the temperature range over several heating cycles. Temperatures ranged from 335 to 395. I explained how this is normal behavior for an electric oven. I called Electrolux support and they confirmed this while I had the customer listening in. I checked voltage at the house outlet and at the dryer cord terminals and they were good. Disassembled dryer. Tested heating element and it was electrically open (bad). Also noticed idler pulley wheel was not spinn8 g and had a groove worn in it from the belt. Quoted heater assembly and idler pulley and customer instructed to proceed. I found that the unit was unresponsive to touch and I gained access to the junction box so I could do some volt testing. I found that as soon as I touched one of the wire nuts the unit started flickering so I found that the wire nut was not on properly. Found that when I took the back cover off to gain access to the main control board that the main control board had none of the connectors connected to the board. I then plugged in all of the connectors and went to turn the unit on and found the unit was not operating at all. I then quoted customer to replace the main control board, job approved. I then put in the new main control board and went to turn the unit on and found that the unit did not turn on, I then looked at the capacitor on the unit and found that the connector was not plugged into the capacitor to send power to the main control board. I then plugged in the connector and went to turn unit on in front of the unit did turn on, I then ran a test cycle on the unit for 20 minutes and found that the unit did operate properly. "Customer states that her dryer runs loud and takes long to dry. The drum light bulb is also not working. I listened to the dryer and confirmed the noise is coming from the rear roller area. I disassembled the dryer and replaced the rollers. I also oiled their shafts and the idler wheel shaft. Did a lint cleanup, reassembled and tested. The dryer was much more quiet. The long dry times were the result of the use of flexible foil vent pipe which was inched behind the dryer. It was crimped almost completely at one of the bends. Removed shelving from refrigerator to inspect fresh food evaporator cover and fan. No issues were found with fresh food evaporator cover or fan. Inspected freezer and removed drawers to inspect evaporator cover and fan. Found ice build up on inside of evaporator cover and fan inoperable. Noise was coming from ice build up and damaged fan. Recommend replacing freezer evaporator cover and fan. Also found that the freezer drawer rail had broken off on one side. Customer mentioned that happened awhile ago and is missing part of the pieces. She is going to look for the pieces and consider repair. "Customer states water is leaking from ice dispenser and also getting water pooling under crisper drawers. Inspected unit and checked temperatures, 45 degrees in fresh food and 7 degrees in freezer. Can see water leaking from behind evaporator cover. Removed shelving from fresh food department to gain access to evaporator. Removed evaporator cover and found the drain for evaporator had debris causing an issue with draining during defrost cycle. Found probe for evaporator heater not properly installed, made corrections to heating probe and cleared debris from drain line. Reinstalled evaporator cover and shelving. Inspected icemaker and found small amount of ice from overfill. Uninstalled ice maker and auger motor assembly and cleared any ice build up, verified proper seal and reinstalled auger motor assembly and ice maker.
