"Customer says that he cleaned the oven and now the oven won't unlock. Tech arrived and found both zones still heat up and operate properly. Tech had expected a failed fuse, but that is not the case. Tried to get the door lock to release and electronically it will not. Used a hook and tried to manually release the lock and it won't release. Tech explained that the only solution is to be physical. Tech is not comfortable ripping the door open due to the likelihood of damage. Customer grabbed the door and pulled it open and released the lock assembly. With door now open, tech turned ovens on and monitored temperatures. Tech finds no issues with the ovens and they both preheat and cycle properly. Inspected unit and found freezer temperature at 16 degrees. Humidity and frost in the room indicate that the door was recently opened for a bit or defrost mag have just occurred. Ice bin has roughly 3 batches of small cubes in the bin. The customer says that he has not used the ice for 2 weeks and it is all that has been produced. Tech pressed the test button on the ice maker and no ice is dropped from the mold. Fill occurs but fill is essentially dribbles into the mold. Only 1 cube is filled instead of all 10. Water supply issue is present to the fridge and possible system issue as well. Tech suggests having the water supply issue addressed and to call back for warranty if ice making issues continue. Ran diagnostics and found long fill and slow drain errors. Tested pressure switch with meter and it tests bad according to service manual. Ran test cycle and water began leaking out of door boot bottom during wash. Ran drain pump and unit is draining very slowly. Drained water with shop vac and checked filter for clogs. No debris clogging drain. Unit will need a new pressure switch, drain pump, and door boot."

"Upon inspection the washer had given a F9E1 error code indicating a long drain error. The unit was locked with water in it when I arrived. I was able to get the unit to drain. I then ran a drain and spin cycle and found the unit has a cracked spider gear and weak dampers. Later on that same day unit stopped making noise and temps returned to nor,Al but they wanted to keep appointment so I could check it out. Upon inspection found drain hose for evap pan was kinked causing water to not be able to drain eventually turning to ice and causing fan noise.
