During inspection the unit was leaning heavily towards the RH side. Leveled the unit and ran a rinse and spin cycle. I did noticed the unit had a slow drain. "Customer says that she had duct medic out to clean her venting, yesterday, and tried to use the dryer. The dryer ran for a few minutes and then shut off. Tech inspected and found that the dryer timed down the cycle and shut off. Tech disassembled the dryer to check if the moisture bars are unplugged. With dryer apart, tech found all connections to be proper. Tested sensor bars and continuity is measured throughout harness and capacitors. 17vdc is supplied by the pcb. Tech checked for error codes and none exist for moisture sensing issues or operational concerns. Tech placed a wet paper towel over the moisture bars and ran the dryer. Dryer detects the moisture and runs fine for 15 minutes before the tech cancels the cycle. Tech removed the wet paper towel and the dryer properly times out after 3-5 minutes of run time. Tech finds no issues or defects at this time and could not definitively replicate the issue today. Job is complete."

"Customer states that the washer has a slow drip occurring. Says that when the washer is not in use, a drip continues to occur from the dispenser that lands into the wash tub. Water has not accumulated inside the tub to the customers knowledge, indicating that the leak/drip is relatively small. Tech inspected and did not see any dripping after 6 minutes. Removed the dispenser drawer and activated the valves via diagnostics. Solenoids are opening and closing on command, however, tech can see a definitive difference between the flow rates of the hot/cold systems. Hot is filling at half of the rate of the cold. Shut valves off and monitored. Hot solenoid is the culprit. Valve fills slowly and weeps afterwards. Tech exited test modes and ran a drain and spin cycle to remove residual standing water. Bearing noise is now present that was not previously present with water in the tub. Tech explained findings to the customer and customer will replace the washer. Job is complete."
