Employee at the daycare explained issues being experienced. Washer is not washing or spinning properly. Drain cycle doesn't seem to work properly either. Has also noticed extended dry times in the dryer. Tech removed front access panel on the washer and found the belt has gotten wrapped up in a microfiber towel and has been pulled off of the motor. Reinstalled the belt and removed rags and socks from interior. Ran a series of tests and found the washer working as intended. Ran tests of the dryer and found the tumble and heat to be proper. Extended dry time appears to be caused by the venting becoming restricted. Vent goes onto the roof of the commercial property and tech recommends that they contact their landlord to see if the venting system maintainance is covered or not. Job is complete.

"Customer says that the fridge was purchased in 2023 as a scratch and dent model. Has had previous repair work done prior to ownership and also since purchasing. Tech inspected and found temperatures proper. Fresh food is 42 degrees and freezer is 0. Customer explained that the unit intermittently loses the ability to cool and both zones will warm up. After resetting the fridge, a day or a week later it was randomly cool back down for a few days. Tech pulled the fridge and confirmed an updated compressor and replacement filter drier are installed. Connected guages and found pressures at -16 and 62. Evacuated a full charge. Unsweat compressor lines and found that previous compressor replacement was done with extremely poor quality craftsmanship and lines were only inserted 1/8' of an inch into the compressor. Tech installed a new compressor and recharged with 1.9oz of r600a. Monitored pressures for 15 minutes and found unit operating at -9 and 58. Tech continued monitoring and no unusual behavior is occurring. Discharge line is hot and suction line is cold. Tech sees no further issues at this time. Job is complete."

Plugged user interface in and noticed that the unit is in demo mode. Held the minus key and the water filter key for 8 seconds and demo mode ends.
