Unit making a rattle vibration noise. Also door is hard to close unless you slam it or lift up on the door. Ran unit and it doesnt seem to be making the noise currently. Disassembled unit and inspected everything and all rollers and idler seeming rear shape. The blower wheel had minor lint build up and I cleaned it out. The door is sagging slightly due to there not being much rigidity to the door panel where the door attaches. I previously installed a door hinge brace kit. I reassembled unit and ran it while working on another appliance and checked on it periodically to see if it was noisy. Dryer is running smoothly mans quietly. Made slight adjustments to door to help with closing. Job complete.

"Customer states that the lower drawer is giving an A6 error code. Top works fine. Customer swapped spray arms between the zones and the lower still gave the A6 code. Tech arrived and A6 is flashing on the display. Error will not clear, so tech reset the breaker. Tech disassembled both zones and sees no obvious failures of the rotors or spray arms. Started both dishwashers and monitored a 15 minute rinse cycle for each zone. Both zones work properly. Technran a second test and lower drawer gives an A6 code. Tech noticed that the lower drawer was still filling with water for 3 minutes when the error occurred. Zone had previously filled in about 1 minute. Tech removed the doors and watched the detergent modules fill with water. Upper drawer fills properly but lower is noticeably slower. Tech squeezed the fill hose and suddenly the fill rate becomes proper. Tech continued to fill and drain the machine and believes, after lots of testing, that the valve is intermittently not opening fully. Tech is able to force the valve open when he squeezes the hose. Due to the unusual nature of the failure, customer wants rotor and spray arm replaced as well. Tech will order replacement parts and return for repair. "Customer states that temperatures have been off for the past 5 days. Machine stopped cooling last week and has since rebounded, but is still warm. Also had a lot of noise occurring in the freezer. Tech confirmed complaint. Freezer is 30 and fresh food is 55. Compressor and condenser fan are on and running. Condenser is partially restricted with lint accumulation. Tech opened freezer and held fan switch closed. Evaporator fan kicks on and runs with no unusual noises. Tech started defrost cycle by manually turning the timer and then verified that 3.3a is consumed by the defrost circuit. Tech quickly removed the lint from the condenser and allowed the machine to exit defrost on its own. 3.3a is consumed the entire length, indicating that the coil had frozen up, likely by a door being partially ajar. After 25 minutes have elapsed, the timer kicks out of defrost and the cooling system powers back on. Compressor consumes 1.1a and both fans are running. Tech explained findings to the customer and that if her issue is not addressed that a refrigeration issue may be present. Tech explained that the refrigeration parts are mostly discontinued which would result in the need to replace the fridge. Customer understands and hopes that cleaning the condenser and running an extra defrost will help. Job is complete."

"Customer states that the dishwasher is giving e25 code for failure to drain. Says the pump was recently replaced by our company. He also pointed out that his plumbing is leaking under the sink and wonders if its related to the dishwasher or not. Tech inspected and found no standing water and water is at the appropriate level in the sump. Started rinse cycle. Unit fills with water, circulates, and then drains without issue. Tech removed access panel in the sump and looked at the pump impeller. Pump is undamaged and no debris is present. Tech reassembled and ran an additional test. Still no issues are observed. Tech verified that e25 is a drainage error but service manual for product does not provide deeper information as to what the code criteria is. Tech finds no issues and has no suggestions at this time. Machine smells strongly of vinegar, suggesting that customers poured acid into the machine. Acid may have cleared whatever debris or blockage was creating the issue. Before leaving, tech found that the faucet is the source of the leak under the sink. Customer will address that issue separately. Job is complete."

"Customer says ice was forming on the floor of the freezer and water was dripping into the fridge. Customers saw online that they should turn machine off for a few days to thaw it out, so they did. Says issue has not returned but wants machine looked at. Tech arrived and found unit off. Turned machine on and compressor and both fans power on. Removed ice maker and evaporator cover. Condensate trough is clear. Tech used 1/4' waterline and trombone cleaner to verify that that drain line is clear from the top to the bottom. Poured 12oz of water into the drain and it reached the condensate pan without issue. Tech continued monitoring and frost pattern develops fully. Tech reassembled and test cycled ice maker. Ice maker harvests and refills without issue. Tech finds no issues and cleaned unit at the request of the customer. Job is complete."

Drain pump sounds normal, water fill sounds normal, and circulation pump sounds a little off. Pump noise is elevated but does not sound like failed bearings. Pump is a sealed unit and disassembly is destructive to see if debris is caught inside. Tech looked up a quote for a replacement circulation motor with no warranty involved. Provided secondary quote to replace the motor if the customer can provided a proof of purchase for the machine. Customer does not have reciept and will contact the dealer in attempt to get coverage.
