Arrived at home and foubd fridge between 36 and 40 degrees. Fan is running with no unusual noises. Powered machine off and disassembled thr ceiling. Found that ice has started to accumulate again in the back of the evaporator and drain pan. Manually thawed machine down and removed drain pan. Removed both thermistors and installed new thermistors. Installed new drain pan with both defrost heaters and reassembled machine. Powered unit back on and verified that the compressor responds appropriate to the call-for-cooling and ramps up to maximum speed. Tech visually verified a full frost pattern has started to develop and can see frost on the front edge of the evaporator coil. Tech entered service test mode and ran a self check of the unit. Machine passes self diagnosis and indicates that all operations are working as intended. Job is complete.

"Customer states washer over flowed top of unit during rinse cycle. Removed top panel, blew through pressure hose, hose is clear. Blew into pressure switch can hear contacts closing and opening. Started on regular wash with water level set to mini. Unit filled over half way with water then began cycle. Unit drained water then started into rinse cycle. Timer is noisy. Found timer sticking in rinse, gave time a tap and time progressed. Quoted for timer and pressure switch."

"Arrived at home at '9am sharp' as requested by the builder when ticket was created. Homeowners, builder, and plumbers, are not here. Homeowner allowed tech to enter home through the garage using their automated home systems. Tech entered kitchen and ran tests. Dishwasher is draining slowly, still. Checked drainage plumbing and line is still installed in the same place and is the same size as before. Length of the extension is more than double the allowable length per the product manual. Tech had previously explained this to the builder. Issue is not covered by the manufacturer nor are they warrantiable. Technician called manufacturer and explained installation and that the drain hose extension is 12-16 feet long and made of 3/4' or 1' diameter pipe. Technical support agrees with technician that the dishwasher is improperly installed due to the extreme length of the drainage system. Technical support says that due to federal regulations on energy requirements, their drain pumps are optimized to work with their factory drain hose length and diameter, and can only successfully operate with a maximum of 6' additional length of hoses. Tech ended phone call at 9:22 and finished running his test cycle at 9:30. Builder and plumbers still have not arrived so tech moved on to other appointments for the day. Job is complete."

Customer states unit has water coming from the bottom and display gives error. When arrived. Lights in drum and display were rapidly flashing. Found vent in back coiled up. Removed vent. Significant amount of water came out of dryer vent. Connecting elbow midway up vent was completely clogged. Removed panel. Humid water was dispersed all through housing. Can see where water got on consol and shorted the board. Will need to order new console. Console is under part warranty.
