"Customer says that the fridge was purchased in 2023 as a scratch and dent model. Has had previous repair work done prior to ownership and also since purchasing. Tech inspected and found temperatures proper. Fresh food is 42 degrees and freezer is 0. Customer explained that the unit intermittently loses the ability to cool and both zones will warm up. After resetting the fridge, a day or a week later it was randomly cool back down for a few days. Tech pulled the fridge and confirmed an updated compressor and replacement filter drier are installed. Connected guages and found pressures at -16 and 62. Evacuated a full charge. Unsweat compressor lines and found that previous compressor replacement was done with extremely poor quality craftsmanship and lines were only inserted 1/8' of an inch into the compressor. Tech installed a new compressor and recharged with 1.9oz of r600a. Monitored pressures for 15 minutes and found unit operating at -9 and 58. Tech continued monitoring and no unusual behavior is occurring. Discharge line is hot and suction line is cold. Tech sees no further issues at this time. Job is complete."

"Customer says that an e15 error is occurring when running the dishwasher. Has previous used a competitor in town to facilitate several other repairs over the past 3 years. Tech inspected and found that the error is not currently active. Dishwasher is disconnected from the cabinet and the fill hose is removed. Tech reinstalled the fill hose and looked at the leak basin, as machine is forward of the cabinetry. Signs of previous moisture is present near the leak detector. Leak appears to have come from the fill valve and the zeolite container. Water valve seems to have been replaced as the wire harness was cut and reattached using plastic wire nuts. Tech started 3 consecutive rinse cycles and could not replicate any leaking. Due to the presence of water staining on and around the zeolite container, tech provided a proactive quote to replace the unit. Customer declined repair due to the cost associated with it. Job is complete."
