During inspection I ran the unit in a diagnostic mode via hass. Ran an over cooling test and noticed the freezer was reading -58 degrees. Gained access to the freezer evaporator and noticed the thermistor for the freezer was not plugged in securely. Fixed the connection and ran another test. The unit is now reading the current temperature properly. With the unit over cooling it did crack some of the insulation within the evaporator room. "Arrived and found remnants of 20+ cubes on the floor. The system is on and the new circulation pump is successfully feeding water to the evaporator. Spray pattern is skinny, indicating debris has likely gotten lodged inside the spinners or caps. Removed both caps and spinners and scrubbed debris off of components so that the spinners move freely. Reinstalled parts and initiated a new production cycle. Spray pattern is now fanned out as it is supposed to be. Tech allowed cycle to run through a complete test and ice cycle takes 23 minute from start of the cycle to the start of the next. Only 3 partial cubes are ejected from the machine during harvest. Tech adjusted the cube size controller and monitored on the next cycle. Cycle completes after 51 minutes and all 8 cubes are harvested. Cubes are clear, complete, and of the proper shape. Machine checks out and passes testing after final touches were made. Job is complete."

Half of the interior lights don't work, the deli harness is broken, and the ice maker is not operating. Entered service mode and e2 ice maker error is present. Ran tests 57 and drive motor does not operate. Ran test 59 and drive motor does not operate. Ran test 45 and water does not enter the ice maker. Reinstalled filter andnwater now works, but drive motor in ice maker is still failed. Customer is not interested in addressing the lights or drawer. "Customer says that his dishwasher failed inspection as water was seen leaking during a walk through. Tech arrived andnstarted the machine. Ran dishwasher for 40 minutes and observed 6 or 7 drops of water come out of the left hinge area. Tech disassembled machine to inspect further. Inner door and door sweep are not leaking. Spray arm assemblies are undamaged and freely moving. Dishware items are loaded properly. Tub gasket is new and ibstalled correctly. Tech believes that minimal leak is occurring due to fitment between the inner door and the tub of the machine. Tub of the machine is unrepairable and door is cost prohibitive. Tech explained to the customer that he confirmed that a leak is occurring, albeit minimally, and tech does not believe that it can be easily addressed. Customer understands and will discuss with his realtor and new home buyer about their next options. Job is complete."

"Returned with parts. Used floor protection to pull unit from wall. evacuated system, removed compressor, drier, evaps. installed new. Verified lines are clean and clear. Pressurized system, no leaks found after 5 minutes. Vacuumed system down to 700 micron, filled. Powered unit on, found 1e error, fz temp sensor error. Found sensor is missing and cut off, unable to repair. Unit begins to cool and shows low side 10 high side 90 for pressures. Ff section shows frost pattern and stopped. Fz section has no pattern. Pressures show system in vacuum. Evacuated system, found cap tube is clogged and unable to clear. Unable to bypass and add new cap tube. Unit is unrepairable. Contacted warranty company on findings. Will be contacting customer on next steps of process. Job complete."
