During inspection I allowed the unit to run two full ice cycles. During the cycles I confirmed a proper water flow over the grid. Confirmed proper water levels. I removed the plug and allowed the evaporator to build a frost pattern. It did take some time but it did start producing some frost pattern. Contacted tech line and we confirmed the unit was programmed to the correct model. Noticed there was a E1/E2 error code. Cleared the code and did a factory reset. After the factory reset I did a full power reset at the breaker. Ran another cycle. During the cycle there was no indications of any ice buildup. Unit has a seal system issue. Found icemaker cavity frozen up with ice from moisture being pulled in from cavity seams. Ice maker is no longer making ice. Steamed out icemaker cavity and removed icemaker and auger. Then sealed up all of the seams inside to prevent moisture from getting in in the future causing the ice maker cavity to ice up. Installed new updated auger assembly and new ice maker. Checked line on back and black line is showing. I then cycled the icemaker and it completed the cycle and filled.

Upon inspection customer had found water seeping under the wall behind the washer. I first checked the hoses and found no leaks at the joints. I then ran a quick cycle and watched the washer drain. The stand pipe did not overflow and the washer drained properly. I then inspected the houses valves and found both leaking a bit. While circulating cleaner throughout system, tech manually removed covers and cutter for cleaning. Tech scrubbed parts by hand and allowed cleaner to rub through 25 minute cycle. Tech manually wipes everything down with a microfiber towel and reassembled. Installed new bin level sensor and allowed production cycles to resume. "Customer says that she recently had a house full of guests and was using her dishwasher more than normal. Customer says her daughter noticed water on the floor while the unit was running, which prompted her to call in for service. Tech arrived and found unit empty and dry. Spray arms are undamaged, clean, and firmly attached. Removed kick panel and found valve and floor dry. Started cycle with detergent added and monitored. After 30 minutes, tech experiences no leaking. Tech paused cycle and opened the door. Foubd extremely heavy sudsing going on. Tech opened the rinse aid dispenser and believes that dish soap may have been added, as the fluid is very thick. Tech emptied rinse aid dispenser out using a syringe, but tech is unable to determine if it's rinse aid or not. Tech refilled rinse aid and added cooking oil to cut through the suds. Continued watching and still found no leaking occurring. Tech believes that additional use and usage by others over the last few cycles may have led to improper loading or improper use. Job is complete."

"Customer says that the water tap icon is displaying while the dishwasher is operating. Performance seems to still be proper. Tech started machine and confirmed. After a few moments, the dishwasher begins beeping with a faucet displayed. Checked tub water level and found that the dishwasher is actually over filled. Opening door prompts drain to occur. Tech tested 3 cycles and all had the beeping and displayed faucet. Tech entered service mode and found E0 displayed, indicating no failures. As test went on, E3 water error is displayed, followed by E5 which indicates over fill level of water inside the machine. Diagnostics for errors are non-existent. Tech can confirm the error codes by visually inspecting the water level, but tech has no way to determine if the unit is fill excessively because it's being told to based on incorrect sensor data, or if it's occurring due to an electric/mechanical failure of the valve and computer. Due to the uncertain nature of the failure, tech is forced to quote for all components related to the water level control. Main computer, fill valve, flow meter measuring device, and fill level/ overflow assembly will all be suggested for repair. Provided quote to the customer and the customer declined. Job is complete."
